At Nature's Way Bird Products, we want you to be completely satisfied with your nature-inspired apparel. If your purchase doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange once the items are inspected.
